  1. Apologies Jivemaster l didn't know that Jules would have needed a co-producer, l just assumed Jules had put it together himself. Just out of interest why would Jules need a co-producer to support him on the production of that bootleg? Around the time that he released that bootleg, there was an influx of Trance-related co-productions which he spearheaded from the likes of Angelic, Hi-Gate and some involvement with Yomanda etc. He jumped from producing sub-standard housey sounds to full-scale Trance productions and the Gladiator bootleg he did was a pure trancer. As I have said Chrissie, I have my doubts that he did this on his own. He would certainly be the strong driving force and no question of a doubt that his creative direction would be imperative. He was also going to collaborate with Conductor & Cowboy on one of their tracks around that time too, but that never happened. If he is just listed on the credits, it would more than likely be a ghost producer supporting him.
  2. Also was Jonnye959's copy Jules's acetate in the end?
  3. I'm referring to Jules's own version of Gladiator featured @ Homelands, Qontact and also played at Gatecrasher. What I am trying to say is that Jules would have had a co-producer to support him on the production of that bootleg and I was given to understand that it was either Darren Tate or Paul Masterson - neither of whom made that specific bootleg with Jules so it must have been someone else.
  4. From what I have read, the Hans Zimmer bootleg was done by Jules and Paul Masterson - Jules didn't produce that bootleg entirely on his own. After contacting Paul, he confirmed that he didn't do it and also double checked with Darren who did his own cover of it which we all know as it was released. My point is that both producers (who worked with Jules on numerous occassions) did not make the bootleg with him hence the plot does thicken because we don't know who did!
  5. I've contacted both Paul Masterson and Darren Tate and both say that they did not do a version of Hans Zimmer - Now We Are Free with Jules.....the plot thickens!!
  6. No problems Chrissie, anybody else, surely someone here has those Global Warm Ups...
  7. Happy New Year everybody!!! Just wondering if anybody has any Judge Jules's Global Warm Up mixes where Matt Hardwick guest mixed on his shows. I have seen several listed on here and was wondering if anybody happens to have any of these? Fuzzy, do you have the tracklists? I have some Weekend Warmups from 2008 and 2009 which I will upload shortly. The four links underneath are listed as Global Warm Ups on Sirius Radio which feature a guest mix from Matt Hardwick: Global Warm Up Shows Show 357, 25th Nov 2010 Show 275, 2nd May 2009 Jan 19th 2008 18th Feb 2005
  8. It was recorded by Bondy and not the club itself so sadly can't help you there Neuro. He was billed as the special guest and came on after M.I.K.E. and Jan Johnston's Live PA. I was there too and as you rightly remember, the bass was cut out for the first two tracks and by the time Art of Trance came on, it had sorted itself out. There were no sound issues in the actual booth itself and had to keep checking the dancefloor to see if people were still covering their ears. Like It's 1999 did another event on new years eve of that year. That was a b2b with Scott and Matt Hardwick, again a truly phenomenal oldskool set by them - you just don't hear this kind of quality on any compilation cd. Unfortunately, the night was as no where near as successful as their first outing - they had to cancel Talla2XLC and Taucher. They also had one this year with Jules, Mario Piu etc but had to cancel the whole event this time.

  15. Hey Craig, just letting you know that the unknown Kevin and Perry tune which sounds like Y-Traxx is not Drew Milligan & Stewart Reslyn - Elixir. I have done some research and you can hear that specific Elixir track in KPM415 - Dance Republic in the link below: http://www1.playproductionmusic.com/pages/viewcd/viewcd.cfm?view=1512
  16. I wouldn't usually post on here but the rhythm in this tune has been driving me nuts. It's a rip off of a random dj promo mix cd. I recognise this track but unfortunately it skips and having trouble identifying it on shazam. Anybody recognise it? I really think it's a well-known one. Thanks http://www51.zippyshare.com/v/22666018/file.html
  17. Be great to know which ones you have I remember Guy Ornadel did one, so did Matt Hardwick

How about sharing those Judge Jules tapes by converting them over before they are lost forever?
  19. Are there any guest mixes on those Paul Kershaw recordings lyndon?
  20. Anybody?? Specifically looking for Gatecrasher recordings from Kiss/Galaxy FM besides the obvious NEC events which are even on youtube. Especially shows like Andi Durrant's Big Night In etc where he would get a guest mix.
  21. Just wondering if anybody has any live Gatecrasher recordings from the early days 1995-1999? Many were broadcast on the radio station Kiss 105 which later became Galaxy 105 and recently has been renamed to Capital FM. I know that Kiss did a fair few broadcasts around this period and some shows were even broadcast on Andi Durrant's Big Night In (I am aware of a Matt Hardwick guest mix on that show promoting the Birmingham NEC events). Does anybody have any recordings on tape? I have one from Scott Bond, Judge Jules & John Kelly b2b and Seb Fontaine from 1997 which I have uploaded for everyone. Really keen to hear any oldskool mixes from Gatecrasher, especially from Scott Bond and Matt Hardwick. I am aware of another Gatecrasher broadcasts in 1997 of Scott Bond on Kiss/Galaxy which featured the Loop da Loop Downtown Mix of Todd Terry - Something's Goin' On. Here are the Gatecrasher mixes from 25th May 1997 http://www.sendspace.com/file/xl95hi http://www.sendspace.com/file/rguh8e Enjoy
  22. Neuro, what happened with this mix please? I thought it was going to shared in the archives?
  23. This tune is really good. I know that I may be moving away from Jules having made the track but was thinking about DJ Tandu aka Ingo Kunzi as he did a lot of trancey guitar tunes back then
