  1. Awesome, cheers @Burien. Listening now - great mix as always from TDV!
  2. How awesome would it have been to get Jules to DJ for your own house party on the Millennium?
  3. Classic 1999 stuff here. Great work on the IDs too.
  4. Certainly not Jules' finest recording but thanks for the share @Gregsta.
  5. Yes, I've got a couple of XFades from them. One has a Jules front cover. I'm reasonably sure I uploaded this to your FTP some time ago Fuzzy?
  6. Great set this. Track 21 is definable an emergency choice with Energy 52 supposed to be the end of the set.
  7. Great show @DJTomasB, thanks for uploading. Checked back the track list and sure as anything the track I wanted to find out was:
  8. I listened to this today. I do wonder if the instrumental of It's My Turn will ever surface. Excellent work on the track list for Cox @Burien.
  9. What a show to miss out on. I am almost certain I would have listened to this when originally broadcast.

  11. Really enjoyed this recording. Thanks to all involved. I can't believe I'd forgotten what a huge tune this was. Going to have to rip the vinyl later. If you wish to be fastidious on the TL I'd change this to: 10. Cevin Fisher feat. Loleatta Holloway – 'Burning Up' (Queen St. Orchestra Vocal Mix) [Wonderboy] An this is a criminally underrated classic!
  12. Cheers buddy! Will post my thoughts once I've had a listen.
  13. "The requested page could not be found." Looking forward to this one!
  14. Just listened to Trance Energy 2001. This and Qontact 2001 are two of my all time favorite Jules' sets. Completely forgot about the video and has made me wonder if the whole recording is out there somewhere.
  15. Very quiet in here now! Maybe target 2022? Saying that though, since you posted there are a few new members actively posting but a long way off the 'golden years' of the archive.
  16. Interesting. I have Tractor in DVS setup. It's woefully under supported now by NI and I was thinking of switching to recordbox but they introduced subscriptions. I can't quite bring myself to go down this route until I am completely forced to as it seems far to exploitative. I think Serato will be my next move.
  17. 1. [00:00] Heller & Farley Project - Tweakin (Jus Cant Stop) (From The Dat Vol.2) [JBO] 2. [05:20] Gisele Jackson - Me, Myself & I [Waako] 3. [30:30] Fabulous Baker Boys - Oh Boy [Multiply] 7. [32:30] Fabulous Baker Boys - Oh Boy [Multiply] (cont) 8. [35:00] Cevin Fisher's Big Freak - The Freaks Come Out 9. [40:10] 8th Wonder feat DJ Marco V. & Benjamin - Deeper [Tremolo] speed garage 10. [44:00] Lady Bug - Givin It Up [Afro Wax] 11. [50:00] Hip Hoperation feat Kenny C - Hip Hoperation [Sharp Recordings] 12. [54:50] Jack Russell - Live Together [Basic Beat Recordings] "why cant we see" 13. [60:20] ? Source: link. It seems you may have recorded the B-Side before the A-Side! According to Discogs (link), it is also one of the CJ recorded live bootlegs, of which I have a few CDs. I am sure Fuzzy will get this input to the archive proper when he gets chance. Edit: Great mix this! Gotta love pre-trance explosion house Jules. In fact, noting the time on this as 1998 it is quite an interesting recording as it has a very pre-Jules 'golden-era' house vibe but 1998 is when we see Jules, Tong, Tall Paul and Co really start to pick up and support the main room Trance sound.
  18. What are your thoughts on the Record Box subscription model?
  19. I managed to find some time over Christmas to record a FSOE Clandestine mix. You can listen here:
  20. What program are you using to rip the CD with Gregsta?
  21. I've listened to this set countless times in the last 20 years - live, on tape, a rubbish Soulseek rip and this one too - and to echo Fuzzy's comments above, it has to be one of my favorite Jules' recordings. The energy and atmosphere crammed into this set are superb as is the tune selection. The mix between Patrick F and Joshua Ryan remains outstanding and a superb example to anyone why key mixing is an important skill. It's also apparent just how good the Angelic releases were as commercial recordings; just enough commercially acceptable elements to attract wide interest with enough dance floor and underground appeal not to alienate the committed or sound out of place. Great set.
  22. Just listened to this again as I am really enjoying Jules sound from 1997 at present. The original recording is an MP3 rip of a CD of Jules' first show Tim posted to me while I was at university. I noticed back in 2015 that it wasn't in the archive so I uploaded it to your FTP along with a load of other audio. The rip I made was a direct from CD with no edits, so what you got was exactly what was sent to me. Didn't know that Tim had lost this otherwise I would have uploaded it much earlier.
  23. Another great recording of Jules. Lots of cross over here with his first Radio 1 show which was broadcast just one week later.
