    Nice site!

lol @ Salmon watching, not sure how you guys got onto that... but cheers Briggsy, a warm welcome to ya! Hope you find it an enjoyable avenue for a good long while
  2. Just nabbing this mix now, god knows how I get any revision done with all these mixes
  3. Not heard this, but I'd prefer if he used his other pseudonym... DIGGER
  4. After all the perlava about the recent changes to the show, as a bit of fun really if you assume each track is 5 minutes, and Jules has got a 2 hour slot, how would you personally arrange the show? Mine would be as follows... kind of a mixture of old & new: 01. Single track 02. Mastermix 1 03. Mastermix 1 04. Mastermix 1 05. Single track 06. *Gone But Not Forgotten* 07. Single track 08. Mastermix 2 09. Mastermix 2 10. Mastermix 2 11. Single track 12. *Last year's Tried & Tested* 13. *This week's Tried & Tested* 14. Single track 15. Mastermix 3 16. Mastermix 3 17. Mastermix 3 18. Single track - "one more tune before going into the mix..." 19. *Half Hour Mix* 20. *Half Hour Mix* 21. *Half Hour Mix* 22. *Half Hour Mix* 23. *Half Hour Mix* 24. *Half Hour Mix* I'd also ban all Radio 1 jingles, and bring back the stunning competitions that really were worth ringing in for 8-)
  5. It wasn't relevant in the 'Suggestions' forum! Shall I move it to the Open Chat and unlock it so Quad can reply?
  6. Just to bump this again: Samples here... Clip 1: http://www.judgejulesarchive.co.uk/audio/u...nown/id131a.mp3 Clip 2: http://www.judgejulesarchive.co.uk/audio/u...nown/id131b.mp3
  7. Glen I don't suppose you could put a link to the JJArchive on there as well? Whilst we're on the subhect of link exchange, if people also want their links on this website, PM me the URL a few comments and I'll slot it in at the bottom of our page: http://www.judgejulesarchive.co.uk/main/links

    Dodgy Vinyl

I prefer the chunky, heavy vinyl and not the flimsy ones too Steve! Going back to Tom's problem of it sounding like it's slowing down, anyone with half a musical ear will hear that so definitely worth changing Might just be a bad pressing though - my copy of P.O.S. Gravity is absolutely flat, and the A side is fine but the remix on the other sounds like the pitch wavers constantly - very annoying so I went and bought the mp3 of that mix
  9. What! That's not true actually I changed it! You're right about detail though, it does matter.....

    id#144

No info - Jules called this "something with lots of nice piano" - here it's taken from an unknown set but probably from a Scotland as you can hear the famous "here we f***ing go!" chant, lol id#144a id#144b
  11. Played by Dangerous Dave on Dance Anthems, sometime in 2000... no info. id#146 Submitted by D. MacKintosh
  12. hehe, I can just imagine that, maybe lacking in atmosphere a tad?
  13. Em, that ain't me LOL! Mines is www.myspace.com/stuart_fraser haha! Was going to say, you've changed a bit since I caught you at the Arches
  14. Works fine for me - if you click on the /bjorn folder link the system indexes have been turned on so you can view all the files in there. Let us know if you get it Chrissie - might have to provide a yousendit link, Bjorn matey otherwise
  15. Good stuff. Fits neatly onto an 80 min audio CD too - clever. I don't suppose you could throw in some label info on that TL?
  16. It was a red card though. Lehman absolutely floored him, and outside box. It was either that or a yellow plus 1-0 to Barca.... which probably would have been better.
  17. That's the kinda service you get on this board. Welcome.
  18. Goodness I had no idea this would provoke such a strong and united feeling! :? Personally I'm willing to give it a crack and pass judgement after the show... I don't have a problem with the old skool feature though - but then again, I'm kinda obsessed with the old tunes.

    HI IM NEW!!!!!!

Ah morning - welcome mate! Hope you find the board useful and engaging...
  20. New ending to the Saturday show will be as follows (TBC): 8.30 - Old skool track chosen (out of a choice of two) by listeners' text votes. 8.35 - 8.55pm Saturday night mix (20 minutes) 8.55 - 9.00pm slightly more downbeat track to serve as a better juncture into Westwood's show. Just thought I'd let all you loyal board members know in advance. I've no doubt this will stimulate some interesting debate!
  21. How sure are you of this? It was a live show from Dublin...
  22. I'd forgotten how good 1999 was, they don't make 'em how they used to!
  23. That's a cracking half hour mix. Would like to hear all the show though if possible Simon mate. 14. Kulay - Burn (Judge Jules Remix) [iNCredible Traxx] A tune there also!
