I'm not sure people will really use this until we sort out our "high-speed"broadband in this country. And as Simon said if you look hard enough there are often other methods of obtaining programmes. The other thing is, what exactly is up for download? People already pay for their TV licence and can watch them for free. I say buy yourself a DVD/hard disk recorder and time it to record what you want from there?
  2. Couldn't agree more! Although anyone who has an INCredible vinyl pressing knows someone mixed up the labelling with Fatboy Slim's mix, which is not a patch on Jules' version!
  3. lol Craig! I did see McFadden's goal - looked like he was about 40 yards out and thought "well, shall I have a go?". And what a strike!
  4. Ah, it's the same as my code - no surprises there!
  5. Cheers Marty, sorry for the delay in approving this thread. I've fixed your tracklisting layout and the hidden URL as well
  6. Another damn catalogue came through this morning from our friends at HTFR. "Hey Tim! What's going on? It seems like ages since you bought from us. We're getting a bit concerned"... Yes, well, to tempt me back (and no doubt, about 2 million others), if you purchase any vinyl or DJ equipment from them before 29th October, they'll slice off 10% of the price. Now, I'm unlikely to do this but those of you with something in mind anyway might actually save something, so the code to use is: HTFRMISSME0907 If any of you have got a catalogue this morning too, and perhaps have different codes, please fell free to post them up here too. After all, we don't want anybody missing out...
  7. Good to see you back!
  8. My view should be back to the original Friday night style... * Straight in for the jugular. No warm-up bollocks; * Totally mix-orientated; the old Friday nights used to have 3 short mastermixes plus the 30-minute mix; * 'Shouts' should simply be read out by Jules, not done by the random people themselves on a dodgy phoneline; * A solid half hour mix at the end, which should not be tampered with or truncated later on; * Enough time to strut some of the more obscure, darker tracks on the radio; And finally... * Less of those bloody jingles!
  9. Believe it or not, things we do and say on here are read by a hell of a lot more people then you think, and it wouldn't be the first time we've influenced the structure of the show. So, does anyone have any suggestions for the new show format? Please vote and vent your extra views below

  17. This was never ever released, it's not even on discogs. It was actually licenced to Serious but was then dropped because they couldn't get clearance for the sample or something... I am lucky enough to have a copy on acetate which Craig found in Glasgow... - with a bizarre early version of Synaesthesia on the flipside! Goodness knows where it originally came from, Craig you're a legend, I'll give this back to you someday!
  18. Your nickname on here is now officially Johan
  19. Where is this from originally, when and by whom was it broadcast and at what time? Great work Fuzzy, top notch.
  20. Good work, Will - welcome to the board! Any vague idea what date this was broadcasted?

  24. I totally agree with this - back in the day I always clocked into dance anthems for just 15 minutes purely to check out the 3-track mix around 8.10pm, and occasionally it'd include some rare gem that everyone (including Jules) missed. Same wavelength again, Christian...
