Thought I'd ask here as you guys seem to be a fountain of knowledge when it comes to Judge Jules/Radio 1. Back in the late 90's (possibly '97-'99ish), when Dave Pearce would be speaking between songs on his Radio 1 Dance Anthems show, he would be speaking over a Speed Garage track. Just out of sheer curiosity the ID of this tune has been bugging me for years and I've never thought to ask anyone what it was. Unfortunately I don't have an audio recording and I haven't found anything in the archives (there isn't a separate Dave Pearce Archives website is there!?) So all I'm going on is memory. For all I know it's the one of the most well known Speed Garage tracks there is and this question will be an easy one! I know for a fact that it wasn't a RIPGroove or a Sugar Is Sweeter etc. The bassline sounded more like Spin Spin Sugar from what I remember. Wondering if anyone has any ideas?

I've had this on Minidisc since '99 and always wanted to know what track 6 is. Looks like nobody knows :rubbish:

Hi! (first post) Decided to check out this site to see if I could find this very show. I have a recording of this same section on minidisc somewhere, but if I remember correctly, the reception was terrible (possibly something to do with those thunderstorms!?) The Rob n' Joe track was the tune that got me into trance. Still love it. Nice to see the names of the other tracks after all these years.
