  1. Lovely, will stream this now. All new to me! Thanks for the mix sir
  2. Welcome sir! Foundation in Newcastle? Bring back the green lasers!
  3. Missed this one sirs. Tried ID'ing those unknown tracks for 9,10, & 11 but I don't know what they are, sorry. I do like Jules's remix of Kulay & Burn here too. He don't make them like that anymore!!
  4. This is exactly how I remember Jules back then - starting off with some wonderful House tracks and then going all Trancey. Everybody should listen to this, something in there for everyone. Great upload
  5. Youtube made me late for work this morning. http://youtu.be/fS1uDnIPTvo
  6. Not sure of the sample but I do know the song is a piece of tripe! bigsteve sir, go back in time and put a tape on, not listen to these commerical radio stations
  7. 0:37 - THE WHITE MAN HAS THE POWER!
  8. All the signs point to Jules. But for reasons unknown he denies knowing anything about it, perhaps it was one of those DJ tools or projects that he has either lost or forgotten about now. And because it had a sample in it couldn't be released anyway, so it's been buried. I don't think we'll ever find out.
  9. Aha, so this is that infamous set with that opens with that unreleased Solar Stone remix!! Wonderful stuff. Again, why was this never released?? Another cock-up by Serious/Universal. Hmmm, I think this is the BEYOND remix of this - same outfit who gave us Still Dream? Anyway, superb set all round here sirs, and very German! Ja! surprised it had no comments yet.
  10. Just been hunting down some of these tracks from these minimixes - liking the S.H.O.K.K. remix of Altitude at the moment too! I love how looking for one track spawns purchases for remixes of others
  11. The more I download, the more I listen to, the more I discover, the more I buy, and the more I need!! Now that Jules has left R1 I fear those tapes will be binned or he will be forgotten about, especially from the golden days. My mouse is a-ready to nab any more Jules downloads you guys have hiding in your archives... Or indeed any member mixes. I am like a monk in the 12th century being told he is no longer being allowed to craft his own ales. Please feed me with new audio sirs How much is left?
  12. Does anybody know if this is still available to re-watch anywhere? Would appreciate any links.
  13. Happy to nab this mastermix sir, thank you. You definitely have a different angle to the other things I download and it's good to have on whilst working or in the van. Medieval coins for you!
  14. I love this track! Thanks for reminding me about it. I can't find a download either... Platipus are usually pretty good at their digitizing but it isn't there
  15. Ron Hagen is a legend. Mind you so are Askew and Mr Scott Bond... might consider this.
  16. The fact we can all pinpoint where we were during specific musical moments lays testament to the quality of the tunes back then.
  17. Internet Explorer is terrible! 3rd party browsers are always leaner and faster
  18. How do you mean, sir? Welcome! Now you have posted on the board, you should be able to download using the links in the top post
  19. Absolutely outstanding, reminds me of the Jules back then with these gems.. Thank you sir.
  20. I don't remember this! Nice to hear some random oldies in the show though. Jules's track "Ordinary Day" is in my opinion an excellent piece of music. Enjoyed this.
  21. I don't use chrome sir, firefox all the way
  22. I really need to see this. Any youtube vids?
  23. Hi sir Ianskip76 - go to the top post and it's in the link at the bottom, below the tracklisting
  24. What does it mention about the Trance boom around 1999? Did we all imagine it or am I alone in that it sticks with me as the most memorable (ish!) time?
  25. Sorry to hear that Chrissie - all I can is, when things go wrong, no matter how dark life seems, remember music will always keep you going, and keep you sane. Hope all goes ok. As for Jules, I don't mind too much that he isn't at his peak. He has served his purpose for me - showing me the gateway to discovering so much more in the electronic genre. And for that I will always be grateful.
