  1. Yes I know i've not been around here much since I got back from travelling last year really, and Aza is right, you do tend to miss things when you work and do different activities in the evening! I even have to make time to have a good mix session these days. I also live daaahn sarrff now, as I work in Hertford. Although, Quadrant's idea that i've been off in my producing basement is not far off, I have been trying out lots of ideas for a couple of months both in bootleg form and original stuff...although the basement is more like my room overlooking the garden in the house I share! I'll hook you guys up with some of my original tuneage soon hopefully, that's still my goal, to get something signed This was one of the best shows i've heard in long while and I can understand the hype about Triballa, it's awesome!
  2. This link appears to take you to your May Mix and not the mash -up or am I incorrect?
  3. Thanks for these links Simon, i've listened to a couple of these on Myspace the other day - Fly To New York is my fave though! Bootlegs are a great way to inject something original and new into a set, especialy if two (or more) tracks go so well together! Although, I know myself with my W-Unit tracks that the dubious legality of it means that original productions are the way forward haha!
  4. Hi guys, yeh I only found out about the double tracklisting today. Only sent him the tracks last Wednesday too, glad they got played and hope you enjoyed! Double whammy haha. Typical though, the one night I can't tune in, it gets played! Thanks for the set rip though Burien i'll be nabbing that.
  5. I'd just like to second K.O.T.A. - 'Waiting' and also do what you think is best! Obvs don't want to ruin by editage if you don't want to.
  6. Just to re-iterate how much of a class tune this is. Have it on vinyl, one of my treasured 99 classics! Haven't heard the Lange mix of TImerider though - Lange era 99 - 2001 is just my cup of tea.
  7. It's all about Alphabeat for me at the moment, decent fun, bouncy, singalong pop. Also, CSS and my friend's band, Moe Foe
  8. Wasn't this particular track sampled by Hemstock and Jennings & Adam White? "Reverence". brilliant Darren Tate mix to it too.
  9. I heard him on Good Friday on Ediths show picking his favourite Soundtrack tune - I think it'll be an interesting listen, hope I don't forget to tune in with it being on such a strange day. Guess there is always listen again.
  10. Haven't listened to Jules in ages but this TL looks good...
  11. Hi Guys, Just thought i'd upload this quickly for you. Hope the link works. I'm off to China for a holiday blitz tomo, have made myself a random mix for the journey. 12. Top, top tune is 'Missing'. Very glad Simcut introduced me, although I do like to drop a we bit of techno every now and again in sets. Variety is the spice of life and all!
  13. Yes, the original is amazing too. The Blizzard are on fire atm.
  14. Nothing better than bit of squeezy marmite on toast after a night out. Feast of kings.
  15. Glad that that E-Unit track - 'Nowhere Else On Earth' finally gets released, 2 years after first being played
  16. What a tune. Jules absolutely caned it. Whatever happened to Kayestone?
  17. Hey guys... due to me being a lazy so and so, I haven't been on here for a while - but I hope you're glad I haven't because i'm apologising for my lack of input with free music; Christian Hann - 'Downshift' http://www.speedyshare.com/684826935.html This was made from an initial idea on Saturday night and it's ready for you now. Please let me know your thoughts. I like the way the sound is heading. 'Ranch' Related news too - with a bit of luck, it should be out on Emalodic, Springtime. Noff and I have had to do different versions to put to Adam White - I've done a slightly techier mix. Oh, and it's now called Noff and Christian Hann - 'Rainlight'.
  18. Age: 23 Location: Hertfordshire (via Worcester in West Mids) DJing for? if relevant.. : 6 years Fave club: Gatecrasher (Media), Nottm Job? : You thought Simon's was a long title... Graduate Customer Services Management Trainee with Which?. Favourite cheese: Cheddar it up (Running out of ideas...) Fave tune ever: Three Drives - Sunset On Ibiza - for the breakdown in particular How did you get here? : *Think* I ID'd a track for Tim. Then we got into a dialogue about Singles and Angles and a mysterious Paul Van Dyk remix. Question you want to add to this (Could make this stupidly long of lots of folk take part): If you could be any superhero who would you be?; Gambit from X men all the way! And finally, add a pic if you want, nice to put a face to a name!
  19. Happy Xmas everyone and a peaceful New Year.

  21. More mental but workable ideas Mr Sheehan, let us know when it will be on Jules
  22. I love end of year round up shows because they bring up this sort of debate! Everyone has their own favourite tracks from the past year so it's a lot of pressure on Jules to satisfy everyone. Personally I think most of the track choices were good ones, especially Hemstock & Jennings, Joop and Tom Day - 'Whisper', some of my 3 favourite tracks of the year. But that is not to say that the whole show completely represents everything that i've enjoyed hearing this year, but from Jules' perspective it's a solid round up. And on the producing note, I am well aware of the pains it takes to get a track ready Well, W-Unit - 'Til You Sign' didn't take too long, but 'The Ranch' took about a month from Noff first letting me listen to his ideas and then collabing on the finished product! Luckily it's been successful.
