I dont think its worth them taking legal action nowadays as there is no money in music anymore. Its not like the old days were you would be making a fortune off 1 track so the legal fees probably wouldnt cover what they would receive its good publicity for those guys anyway. Im not being funny but if that happened to me I would feel honoured but then that's just me. Too be honest everyone is ripping each other off these days , producers not making money from tracks, labels not making much money, alot of producers not supporting software developers and so on and so forth. Its all a vicious circle.

not had time to do any more on it yet mate in between other projects with people and solo projects plus getting my album ready for release next year will do it though at some point just have to bare with me

p.s does anyone have a rip of the time jules played the unknown track on his show instead of the live rip? i'm a bit of a perfectionist and trying to make it sound like the rip thus its sounding too much like it and that's a low bitrate and quality.

I think basically if they like the rework or updated version then they will release it , i don't think an artist really gets a say in it obviously they will get royalities but i think when you sign a track over to a label to release it becomes there property for however many years the contract states. Unless the artist really is against it then i'm not sure what would happen then.

I sent it to the label owner , thanks guys i still will get onto the lush rework just need a bit more time its hard as i only get 1 night a week but will be doing it for you all.

Not sure haha i loved the alive remix jules played but wanted to do a version for my own sets as that version is really dated now and couldn't really play it out now , i've sent it to nukleuz to see what they think as they may want to release it but will see

I believe depression is a state of mind and will power like anything like giving up fags ect you need will power i suffered from depression all my life from being bullied when i was at primary school right the way up till college often i thought suicidal thoughts and felt so alone but you need to realise 1 day that you can be strong and overcome things and only you can change your life for the better no one else , listening to old classic jules is very inspiring and i often do this when i'm feeling like i'm not going to make it in music this gives me a push to carry on like i say before only you can change your life and achieve fulfillment in your life.
