Before Pete Tong and Judge Jules took the control over the airwaves through to 1999 from Leeds Townhall, BBC Radio 1 NYE warm-up was from Glasgow, There wa PA with Ruff Driverz and final 29 mins of 1998 DJ Colin Tevendale was gigging in front of 25 thousand people and with Dave Pearce.
