This is really more a post about what are your favorite trance tracks really as the chances very high that if it's good & trance, he'll have boshed it out at sometime. A good excuse nevertheless to have a good old knees up and discuss all things great ;)

Although I have dozens and dozens of top tracks I'm gonna be a bit unorthodox and pick a couple amongst mine that may not usually make it into these sorts of lists. We all share the obvious favorites so there's no point in listing them.

Yves Deruyter - Back to Earth (Rave mix)

Tiesto - Urban Train (Cosmic Gate rmx)

Fiasco - Live in Bilbao (E-Craig rmx)

Marc Et Claude - I Need Your Lovin' (Dark Moon rmx)

Hemstock & Jennings Vs Adam White - Reverence (Darren Tate rmx)

Dumonde - Never Look Back (Tiesto rmx)

Bossanova - Stonecold

Hmm, a spanner in the works?? ;);)

I really wish that was the case to be honest mate. Jules can, and has, played a lot of crap and poorly produced tunes, and missed out on some right stormers. He hardly suports anything by John O' Callaghan, Richard Durand and Greg Downey, despite them churning out quality production time and time again. The biggest mistake Jules has made this year is choosing not to support the Richard Durand remix of Lethal Industry. Its a massive tune, always gets a good reaction - yet Jules hasn't picked up on this.

He fails to support some labels completely - such as Somatic Sense and Fenology. Two good labels that have some Jules-style tunes, yet again, he's chosen to ignore it. Odd!

Anyway, back on topic, some of my Jules favourites have been:

Huff & Puff - Born Again

Altitude - Excession

Twice As Nice - Overture (possibly one of THE best tunes Jules has ever supported)

GD - Choral Reef

Black & Jones - A Forest (Ron van den Beuken remix)

DJ Tiesto - Urban Train (Cosmic Gate Remix)

DJ Elite - That Fuct Camera

Citizen Caned - The Journey (So corny, yet so good!)

The Soul Bandit - Piano Moment (Why can't I fnd this tune anywhere? :( )

Moogwai - Viola (Original Mix)

The Act - Something About You

DuMonde - Can You Dig it

Dave Joy - First Impression

Syntone - Can't Believe It (Soo under-rated!)

Boca - Play With me

Ricky Effe - Rectifier

Airwave - Another Dimension

Green Martian - Industry

Joman - Raggattak (Mario Piu remix)

MIKE - Sunrise & Palamos

Push - Strange World

Push - The Legacy

Riva - Stringer

Nigel Gee - Hootin'

Mauro Picotto - Baguette

Harry "Choo Choo" Romero - Beats Volume 2

Pedro Del Mar - Harder

Zombie Nation - Kernkraft 400

Hi-Boppers - Join Me To The Moon

v3 - Zulu

So many more, but I could be here for hours......

To be fair I think that any DJ really has their own preference on what they play, maybe Jules hated the Durrand Remix of 'Lethal Industry' or couldn't see the potential. Every DJ chooses what to play in their sets based on personal taste as much as anything else, sure they wana rock the place but if they hate a particular track or see no point in playing it then they won't. I think it's wrong really to just expect Jules to play tracks from Somatic Sense or JOC it's his choice really.

As regards Jules tunes that I rate highly I'd Green Martian 'Industry' is probably one of my favourites ever & Jules hammered it, I've still not heard it played in a club though which kinda pisses me off

If l remember correctly Jules played a version of this (Green Martian"Industry") at Tall Trees, Newquay either late 2006 or early part of 2007. It sounded awesome and brought back alot of memories.

Lost Witness 'Happiness Happening' (Lange Remix)

Agreed! One of my top five tunes of all time!

Its a shame its one of those classic tracks he's butchered during editing. There's a blatant chop in Jules's version which sounds terrible :(

Roadblock - The Rules

aaaahhhhh how could i forget this gem...

"Alright, SHUT UP!"

"You got to remember the rules to the game....NOW, Rule number 1; leave all your problems at the door, Rule 2; find the sexiest dance partner that you can, and rule 3; ALWAYS...REMEMBER THE MUSIC" or something like that...

Such a little groover.

Roadblock also did a belting remix of Hollis P Monroe "I'm Lonely"...I wonder what happend to Roadblock?

'The Rules' was a fine track, loved that. In fact every single track on Clubbers Guide to 1999 (CD 2) should be in that list, it's still one of my favourite compilation CDs
