Great night had by all again, I think. And not one mixing mistake all night. My best ever. Best crowd reaction came during Skorpio, Axwell, Tiesto, Eric Prydz and Junior Jack/Janet Jackson.

Next event is Friday 2nd September.

Hey Adam!

Great tracklisting mate, some very good tunes in there. Despite your comment of "best reaction" from some of them including

Eric Prydz 'Call On Me'
, even if it does get the crowd going, I wouldnt touch that tune no more. Just my opinion mate!

Other than that I am glad your new production went down with its exclusive & I take it you got Robins remix on the Jules tune from "The Spectactular One" 8) 8)

It is sometimes difficult with tunes like this. I was doing an after party last weekend and was asked to play Tocas Miracle. Its in the box and I duly obliged, but all the way through it, I kept saying 'This is NOT what I'd normally play!!!!'

it's a toss up between whether you should be true to your style, or use the tune just to engage the crowd a little bit more - i guess it all depends on the situation. if i was playing to my friends at uni then i'd go more commercial, and put a bit of the deeper stuff in, but if it was to you lot say, then i'd be digging out all the good stuff!

Next gig will be Friday 2nd September, with it being very much a Skorpio-themed night.

The other half of Skorpio will be there (Robin Palmer) and we'll be each doing our own sets, then a back2back set for the last hour.

I personally can't wait. Wanna make this 1 the biggest one yet.

Would love to see loads of you there. Anyone interested?

Yeah I will be definitely and we should bring John along as well, he had a really good time I remember. And should my luck be in I will kipping in a bed this time round (not that we got too much sleep the last time :D ) so long as I don't lose at pool again - that should never happen!

Look forward to a top night once again, will get in touch with you this week

Hi,

The 'Skorpio' theme for that night was dropped as my production partner Robin was unable to make it...

As for these gigs, unfortunately the venue is having licensing issues, plus I was getting bored to playing to the same crowd at a ridiculously small venue.

Hope larger gigs will surface, and if anyone can help with that, let me know...

For now, if you're able to make the trip to Bournemouth, a residency there in the new year is almost certain now. Watch this space for more info...

cool mate, only just saw the post today so thought I'd ask, sounds interesting!

My DJing's just taking off again after a break for about a year with an occassional gig. Just trying to get into the scene here in Norwich, the radio station is helping

Haha!

Adam it is a shame about the gigs there, there were a great bunch of people that loyally came to every one and I hope I meet them again sometime...

I guess every time I went there there seemed to be some kind of criminal incident so maybe a new venue would be in order. Keep us posted mate ;)
