Is this the set where somone knocks the needle right of the record right in the middle of a monster trance breakdown?

No sir it was a different set in Scotland in 2000, Tremor knows it, I think jules was playing Mr Phillips 7th Day and right in the breakdown he goes knocking the needle right off. Cue the jeers and throwing of glowsticks! Poor old Julesy but I think they let him off as he was on fire back in these days :mrgreen:

Yes thats the one Quadrant. As a radio listener I found that whole incident quite cool at the time. It really made you know it was live and hey these things must have happened to alot of DJ's when they all used vinyl. It's quite a comforting reminder that Jules used vinyl and could seriously pull off a mix as well. He recovers well by playing the whole breakdown again.

didn't this also happen when he was playing quo vadis - sonic boom in 2000, the pacha beach bar show? or was that just heavy wind?
