Max Kane
Tom Bailey presents... The Progressive Showcase Episode 057 w/ Tom Bailey & Guest SeeGee Monday July 12th 2010 Exclusive to http://www.sense.fm The Progressive Showcase returns this coming Monday (July 12th) for another aural assault as we bring you two hours of the very finest in progressive dance music. This week's show will see a guest mix debut (of sorts) from rising techno DJ/Producer SeeGee. While it will be the debut under the guise of SeeGee the man behind the alias has appeared before on the show. Under his everyday opus Craig Gallon graced the show in January of last year, his exceptional sixty minute showcase guest mix featured a wide range of material and was instantly among the highest rated guest apperances in the show's history. Since then Craig has changed his sound & goes under the production pseudonym SeeGee (did you see what he did there?). With a debut release on Spektre's gargantuan Respekt (did you see what they did there too?) Recordings Craig's new found techno focus has seen his profile receive another timely boost. What's more this will be the very first (of many) guest apperances for the SeeGee name, remeber where you heard it first! The SeeGee guest mix will be broadcast for the final thirty minutes of Monday's show, leaving a full ninety minutes in the ever so capable hands of yours truly. I'll be opening the show up with some fantastic new music as we feature productions and remixes from the likes of Pryda, Faithless, Glenn Morrison, Josh Gabriel & more. The show is scheduled for broadcast on Monday July 12th 2010 via the Progressive Channel over at http://www.sense.fm. I will be posting listening links & more info closer to broadcast. Max Kane
Tom Bailey presents... The Progressive Showcase Episode 059 w/ Tom Bailey & Special Guest Ben Coda Monday August 9th 2010 Exclusive to http://www.sense.fm The Progressive Showcase returns this Monday (August 9th) for another two hour extravaganza of audio, featuring the very finest in progressive dance music. I'm very excited to welcome a new guest mixer to our ever expanding roster in the shape of UK DJ/Producer Ben Coda! Ben's productions have become a staple on the show in the past year or so with the Birmingham native releasing a string of massive underground hits and exceptional remixes. Signed to the mighty Baroque record label Ben has been responsible for Progressive Showcase supported tracks 'Blackout', 'Paperface' and the collosal 'Reflections' as well as stand out remixes for the likes of COU Musik ('Stellar Rock') Sonny Wharton ('Salinas') and Maxi Valvona ('Mellow Magik'). Ben's sound is broadly classsed as tech infused progressive house and his excellent DJ skills have seen him playing major hotspots like Ministry of Sound, The Fridge, The Que Club, The Custard Factory and many other prestigious venues throughout Europe. I'm truly delighted to welcome Ben to the show for the final thirty minute guest mix. The opening ninety minutes of the show will be taken care of, as always, be yours truly. I'll be showcasing a slightly deeper, more melodic sound during the opening half of the mix, moving into familar heads down peak time progressive material as the show goes on. Expect to hear a wide range of productions and remixes from heavyweight artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Funk D'Void, Fergie, Adam Beyer & Quivver. The show is scheduled for broadcast via the Progressive Channel over at http://www.sense.fm on Monday August 9th 2010. Full broadcast times are below; UK 17:00 - 19:00 CET 18:00 - 20:00 CST (US) 11:00 - 13:00 As always I will update the thread with details of a live tracklist feed and other goodies closer to broadcast. I very much hope that some of you can tune in!
