Max Kane
With Tiesto's ISOS VII & Mr Sam's Opus Secundo forthcoming I doubt I'll be bothering with this, tracklist doesn't really excite me
Uberduck
I don't bother buying any mix CD's anymore but if I did I wouldn't give this a second thought. I could have almost told you the tracks on the first CD. Pretty predictable. They're good tracks, but nothing that you wouldn't expect. Craig
i wonder if that last track on cd is actually meant to be 'warrior - if u want me 2008'...jules has been gettin mixed up recently lol
simonross46
Theres been a bit of confusion over that track. Im sure when its released we will all find out for good! The second CD seems to have a lot more music packed into it ... barely none of which I recognise aswell
Briggsy
I got the Cd today - its not bad, but not the best he's done. A few ropey mixes, including the Arnej mix, which all goes a bit wrong. Warriot - Warrior is correct too
Burien
Warrior - Warrior (Out Of Office Remix) is an house mix but jules plays the trance mix of it so mabie a confusion
Aza
CD is definately packed and has probably gone through a fair bit of editting... Doesn't really jump out at me either, but this is probably aimed a bit more mainstream and reflects the more sounds of the summer thing with the Ibiza season coming up... Marty Mayes
Angello & Ingrosso - 555 That tune is so bloody crap
Moonman
the second cd actually looks quite good!
Briggsy
CD is definately packed and has probably gone through a fair bit of editting...Doesn't really jump out at me either, but this is probably aimed a bit more mainstream and reflects the more sounds of the summer thing with the Ibiza season coming up... Its been released on Ministry of Sound this year, so that would explain a lot of things. I hate MoS CD's - they edit everything down and cram as much as they can on. CD 2 isn't mixed by Jules by the way.
Moonman
who mixed the second cd then?
Aza
Pro Tools or Atomix ?
Briggsy
Rob Tissera has mixed the second CD. The album comes out on June 9th by the way
Moonman
Pro Tools or Atomix ? god i remember this! are mix cd's still made using this or are they all mixed live now?
JasonB
Well This Dipesh guy seems to be mixing everything live for mos supposeldy label a manger or summat?? Is giving the 2nd cd away to someone else a good idea for a jules mix comp? It looks a good selection of Jules biggies from this year so far (well minus some of em) but among the clublands and other site (and the fact that I bet you any woolies in myarea even the big ones in Bath wontstock this comp yet will stock ANY other MOS comp -HMV will stockthis though), sadly this wont do f all like the other clubbers guides andsuch which Jules used to mix. the Chavland compos are cleaning up simply these days. thirddrive
it seems like a fair tracklist but I find Rob Tissera mixing disc two very strange. Bring back Clubber's Guide to Ibiza 1999!
Chrissie Brown
I don't get it. Why has Rob Tissera mixed CD2, after all Jules is the main man @ Judgements Sundays.
Max Kane
I don't get it. Why has Rob Tissera mixed CD2, after all Jules is the main man @ Judgements Sundays. Maybe it's due to Jules playing a lot less in terms of funky house & alike. He always said that the house gigs were there so he could better present the opening to his R1 show, now he doesn't have to worry about the house tracks at the start maybe he's reigning in his involvement with the housey side altogether? Chrissie Brown
You have a point, looking at the line up @ JS Eden this summer it doesn't look as if he is doing his funky house set in the back room any more.
Briggsy
I've been asked to update the press release on my website because MoS made a mistake. Jules mixed BOTH CD's - and not Rob Tissera, as stated earlier. Kissdafunk, backed by Rob Tissera, now work in partnership with Judgement Sundays to host the Funky/Electro room at Judgement Sundays, and as the 2nd CD was funky/electro orientated, it had been announced that Rob Tissera had mixed it - which is incorrect. The whole CD was compiled and mixed by Jules
Robin
CD2 should have been mixed by Tissera I think. CD2 is not representative of Jules' house/electro sets I think.

Briggsy
OK, just another update. I've been asked to update the press release again because MoS's original press release was correct after all. Rob Tissera DID mix CD two. Its the CD and sleeve that was labelled incorrectly - it says mixed by Judge Jules instead of Judge Jules and Rob Tissera. Luckily, its only the promo CD's that have this mistake - the full release will be corrected in time, along with the sleeve.
