Republica was Oxford's biggest and most popular Trance event until its sad demise in 2008. It regularly had sell out events with world famous DJ's such as Judge Jules, Matt Hardwick, Richard Durand, Marcel Woods, Simon Patterson and Lost Witness - plus Lisa Lashes, Kutski, Anne Savage, Andy Whitby & Alex Kidd at its harder events. For one night only, some of the former Republica resident and guest DJ's team up with Banbury's newest Trance night, Beat Logistix, to bring you a special 6-hour halloween party. Republicas DJ's will be doubling-up to perform exclusive back-to-back sets - Steve Hilling & Joe Woodruff, plus Reset (aka Kristen Johnsen & Ben Bridges) will be playing current and up-front Trance, whilst Miguel Del Bosque and DJ Midas will be teaming up to perform a special 2002-2007 Trance anthems set! Beat Logistix resident, Carl Briggs, will be also be rolling back the years - taking you back a decade to perform a one-off late 1990's Trance set - featuring some of his favourites from 1995-1999! Beat Logistix regular, Donna Marie, will also be making the trip over from Northampton to play her usual unique blend of Progressive Trance and Uplifting Trance. We also look forward to welcoming Aaron Amihere to the Beat Logistix decks for his debut - fresh from his recent appearance at the world-famous Ministry Of Sound in London! Aaron has had a fantastic 2009 so far, so we look forward to him warming up the crowd in style with his distinctive style of House music. This event is FREE ENTRY all night! We'll also be running a minibus to and from the event for just £5 return - with pick up points in Coventry, Southam, Rugby, Daventry & Northampton - plus, upon request, we can also collect passengers from Kenilworth, Warwick & Leamington Spa.
