Oh no, hope you feel better very soon, lots of peeps are ill atm though, two of my children have had something or other this week.

Anyway, So far, most swine flu cases have been mild, with symptoms similar to those of seasonal flu. Only a small number of people have had more serious symptoms.

If you have a fever or high temperature (over 38°C/100.4°F) and two or more of the following symptoms, you may have swine flu:

* unusual tiredness,

* headache,

* runny nose,

* sore throat,

* shortness of breath or cough,

* loss of appetite,

* aching muscles,

* diarrhoea or vomiting.

You will never know for sure, but also ems if you have a killer of a headache, it is worth bearing in mind that Meningitis is a far more serious condition than the swine flu for most people. Very terrible headaches should not go un looked at, espesh if they come with a temperature...

Drink lots, and stay cool! XxX
