Haven't listened to Jules in quite a while actually but what I heard last night (aside from those dire jingles) sounded much like the Jules of old. The 30 minute mix was brilliant. I think i have offically "outgrown" Jules though now, i still listen but i'm not that bothered at whats played. I much prefer Pete Tong now, by a country mile. Judging by the amount of bad feedback he got about his Godskitchen gig on Friday night, so have many other people too. Apparently it was a bootleg-fest - which included one of that Owl City - Fireflies tune that was recently number 1 in the charts! People don't want that at places like GODS because we can get that from any local disco, wedding reception, 18th Bday party!!! Not when we've splashed £15 + to see a top name!! I like Jules, in Brighton I got a good set from him, and value for money, but I feel embarressed to say I like him sometimes when I know some people have had these experiences.
