I'm not sure if we can put Faithless in the pop category, but Hiver & Hammer's remix of 'Crazy English Summer' is one of my personal favorites from that time. Same thing with Sister Bliss - Deliver Me, not sure if its pop enough, but the Hiver & Hammer remix is total bliss (no pun intended).
