JGorgan Posted September 8, 2016 Report Share Posted September 8, 2016 I'm new to this site. I've been listening to Judge Jules, whom I discovered via Essential Mixes, for more than 20 years. Unfortunately, I've never had the chance to see him live when I've visited the UK, though. I read on Wkilipedia that he is also an entertainment lawyer. So my question is does he have an active law practice and how can he keep up with that and his music, DJing, etc.? What's the split? Thank you. milkybarkid Posted September 9, 2016 Report Share Posted September 9, 2016 Welcome aboard! He's a lawyer during the week, and dj's at weekends now. I suspect his employers are understanding of his situation, though, and it's not a strict 9-5, Mon to Friday set up. He also mentioned that his field in law is specifically related to the dance/music industry, so he's still keeping close ties set up with the people he dealt with before, I'd imagine.
