The Eddie Halliwell BOSH series on Mixmag are IMO the best CDs he's ever mixed!

These CDs are starting to do my nut now - I much much prefer to make and mix my own classics!

That gotta hurt after wearing those for a while - but they look funky

I have yet to meet anyone on hear either and despite all members having a range of backgrounds and personalities I think I would like to meet pretty much everyone. I've had fairly close contact with Tim Traill, Christian Hann, Simcut, Jason, Briggsy, BigSteve and even Bjorn and Noff over the years and have gotten pretty close to meeting up. It's difficult for me now working and just finding the time that I used to have back in my uni days, but think this can still be achieved by means of meet up

Just catching up on this post and this certainly is reading very interesting! Well done to all for taking part and to Briggsy for taking the intiative to whip something like this up!

This is truly a work of art, great thinking and use of tools to work up into a sublime bit of engineering

Also add to your list, Simon, "Ant + Chris Liberator-Spunk (B1 Remix)". Thank you very much for that, this has helped me a great deal on personal quest to procure that tune! For all those raising an eyebrow at this, it is track 14 from this show and will the help of Tim I found out that it was on the Minimum Maximum label but was a b!tch to find as "for the first 42 releases there was no catalogue number code, releases are launched by colours. From 43 on wards the label started using a more conventional catologue number system" (Discogs, 2009) Tim if you see this, or any mods who can update the archive of unknown tracks, then please add this one with all names against it! Thanks again Simon!

Indeed, I believe the correct term is 'vacuuming'. It's the genius of branding, like cellotape is to sticky tape, coke is to cola, biro to pen etc

Thanks Lynnie for your kind comments - I am very grateful for them! Couldn't agree any more, that Signum tune is an absolute beauty (yes Jason the vox kicks it ). Baby Boomers is also a great track and thanks to Ducky (Martin D) for putting forward a great suggestion! Hey all... I decided to email Jules last week and see what he though of my members mix and whilst I was at it, I thought I would cheekily see if there was any opportunity to air it on the show over XMAS for us all... I just had a response and thought that I would share it with you:

Thank you Jason for your kind comments, most appreciated The ATB remix of Tukan has such a beautiful riff and the vox really do it justice, very sweet, but agreed the remixes you mention are equally as good, it's just that I thought that track fitted the mix better IMO. It was a case of just getting that track into the mix selection Deep Blue Dream - absolute beauty of a track and all credit goes to Christian Hann for suggesting that track! Quadrant - thank you for your comments too and checking out the mix! Was a great comp this year and had real fun taking part!

Is a steal for £ Jason, mate! I think the vocal mix works wonders with the main riff at the kick in point. Think the vocal does it best for me mainly because it is so good to bloody mix! After 8 bars whatever or wherever I am playing I love flicking the bass up to slowly let the track come in more predominatly with "yeah" and then "got for me!" It was certainly one of the tracks swaying me further into dance music and the drive to mix! Edit: Just adding this, but how well did this go down [signum] with Eddie Halliwell's set at Ascenion in Manchester for the Essential mix! Thank you Lynnie, I hope you enjoy the mix!
