It really is a superb track
It reminds me of this track Sugar Nova - Over & Over (Stimulant Mix), maybe its by the stimulant DJ's? I know its a little out there, but check this track out, you can hear they were churning out euphoric trance in the style of Matt Darey with this one

Really hope this gets ID'ed someday, i simply cannot understand how this was overlooked, its sublime

No idea, i think it might be the initials of the guy who pressed the vinyl. There's no other code on there apart from this. The label is also totally plain both sides so.

The runout just had SMI so there's basically no identifying marks on this, ive added it to discogs now:

I'll get the cat number today and put it on there as soon as i can, thanks for the tip

The Global Trance Mission - Dream Mission is an unreleased remix, i got it from HTFR and it had no markings on it, but their own label had 1999 remix written on it
Ive uploaded it to youtube for anyone who cares:

Thanks for this, what a classic set! Belting tunes one after another! I love jules remix of lucid, and stuff like poing 98 and jonesey's remix of echo drop are class acts.
The first track is Anthony Atcherley - In My House

They only sound better if played through speakers. 320 sounds weird with bass loss whereas wav is full cd quality. If you are listening via headphones theres no noticeable jump in sound quality.
If i ever come across a wav file i convert it down to 320 and it keeps the same quality. Sounds silly but it actually works. Once a file has been created in the highest bitrate its impossible for a converter to make it lossy as the audio is already there. Only the size is changed.
Ive tested this on speakers too they sound identical!
