Aza
Anybody visited this place? Went to visit my dad recently over Xmas & went via StoneHenge. Bit of a dissapointment because of the fog, nevertheless a great site. Quadrant this is a place of English Heritage & no doubt highly regarded by yourself, no? Such fascinating history especially as their true purpose is not fully understood nor the way they were built. Those huge rocks put into place 2500 BC, no technology. Deffo recommend to you guys, except the £6 admission fee is a bit of a skank!
bigsteve
What? They charge you to go 'in'? I remember walking up to the stones and there being no fence! (No, I'm not as old as the stones themselves  ) It is amazing how they got the stones to sit like that, but they didn't have PCs or PS2s then to otherwise occupy themselves

KR Tech
It's smaller than you think, the ring of stones, but I find it fascinating how on Earth they placed the top ones up there, because they apparently weigh a couple of tons!
