I'll have to go with the Not Bothered option. I look forward to it every year, but sometimes i'm left disappointed because things don't go to plan, and then other years, things go better than planned.

This year I wanted a quiet one with my dad because he's spent the last two NYE's in hospital.

Last year I went to a mates party, but him and his girlfriend had a massive argument and put a real downer on the night - so we all went home really annoyed.

The year before that, I had the best party ever in Wales which started at 8pm til 8am the following morning. I did 5 hours on the decks, my mate did 3 hours, another lad did an hour, then I did another 2 hours followed by a back-to-back Techno set with my mate. Amazing night and it'll probably never be beaten!

So yeah, kinda mixed....

I also went for not bothered, i always go out but nothing special, house parties are easily the best option for new years eve. The amount that places charge coupled with the fact that most of the best djs bugger off to america makes clubbing a much less attractive option.

i dont think i've ever had a bad NYE so i've gone for the top option. Even though i still think its an anti-climax and clubs and bars see it as a reason to up drink prices and charge stupid amounts for admission....

This NYE gone was prob my best ever so its slightly biased ;)

Im never bothered tbh, only got out if i really have 2, i think NY is better spent with friends really (altho this year obviously i had to go out as i was playing) - which was carnage!
