Cowon Portable Media Players - any good?

I'm thinking about buying a Cowon Portable Media Player for my birthday in July.

Do you guys have any of these ? they look awesome! Would love to know whether you or anyone you know has one of them.

Never heard of them, although it looks quite a good player.

I'm a massive fan of Sony so I'm completely biased, but I would take a look at their own products here:

They're not gonna go bust as a company, built solidly, they look cool, and the battery life is apparently excellent
