Uberduck
Wish this pesky bloomin weather would give it a break. It's been blowing a Tilsley all day in the Midlands and I got a total soaking going to the cob shop at lunch. Luckily I've been in the orifice today so have avoided over exposure. Was watching the news when I got in and the north is caked in snow . Wish the snow was sticking here. I'm supposed to be going for a wave tomorrow. Hope it's not snowing then :ermm: Saw the picture on the news of the ship thats been stranded off Blackpool. Thats mental how a ship of that size can get stranded so close to the shoreline. Uberduck
I'm still wearing my flip flops dude. Have been all winter. Comes with being a soap dodging surfer. :whistling: On the subject of snow... I went for a surf on Saturday on the East coast and there was snow everywhere. Wasn't very thick and I don't think you'd have got away with sledging on it but looked nice nevertheless. Bloody cold though after getting out of a 7oC water temperature sea to stand in 3oC air temp getting changed. Brrrr.

Uberduck
I'm currently digging a cellar in my garden to store fresh salmon. Not easy in this weather! Being the advisory chief on all things aquatic on this board I advise against burying fish in muddy holes!! Surely if you store fresh salmon it will no longer be fresh as you've stored it  !
Aza
Perhaps our highness, Quadrant is building is an underground stealth home for these salmon to roam in. He will then nab them as his appetite pleases for a banquet feast!
