Uberduck
What genre does it cover? Never heard of Herve so don't know what to expect from one of parties? I expect there would be jelly and ice cream but the music is beyond me. Oh, I bet there would be pink wafers and those party rings too.
MikeW
I'm really into Herve's tunes at the moment, especially the Machines Don't Care album that came out this summer. Pretty difficult to describe his style, kinda electro housey with bouncy style basslines I guess. Think of Switch's tracks from a year or 2 ago & you're pretty much there
Wakey
Good CD this, picked it up at the airport before I went away last week and had a bit of a listen whilst away. Really enjoyed the tunes, fake blood doing some awesome productions too!

There's even a tempo change and sudden cuts to allow for Pass-The-Parcel.
FuzzY-LogiC
after stumbling across Hervé's 'Cheap Thrills' before it got raped with vocals and played on the radio, i've loved his work. Hervé, Sinden and that third guy... err.. can't recall the name, but they are like the swedish house mafia, just with way more experimenting going on. Really like how they incorporate elements from a lot of styles. and they certainly know how to make the bass crunchy as fu**!! I should get this CD, it's just a shame Mixmag is so difficult to locate here in Denmark :| on a sidenote... being quite a fan of Michael Jackson's older work (from before Invinsible), i have to say Cheap Thrills is the best "remix" of Thriller or "track that samples Thriller"... and there is quite a few out there

This just shows how good Herve is. To take something that tired and make something fresh out of it is something a lot of producers just can't do. I just like the old rave mentality and approach they have to doing things. Not just Herve, DJ Touche, Switch, Sinden, Trevor Loveys, Fake Blood...they're injecting fun backing into house music. Herve and Sinden are both very good DJ's too. I've just bagged their essential mix from the start of the year. The best E-Mix by a mile. At first i hated it but now, i just cant stop listening to it.
