....as it's for my indoor cats to be able to go outside in safely.

Here it is, built with junk, like stig of the dump, to save me money as they are around 500 quid to buy!!

Here is my cat looking for the exit

Some of my outdoor cats enjoying the kids being in the pen, lolol

I have tidied the garden since then, and moved the bench! :D

I'm gonna have to agree with Emy on this one, I just don't get it...

I got a cat for my 1st birthday and she lived for 19 years in the big bad outdoors! Well, 15 of them anyways.

Must say though, if thats all made from scrap you've made a pretty good job of it!

Ok well, you do not live where I live. That's all I can say and actually it is very common for ppl to keep indoor cats.

I do know what you mean, I did let some cats out before I had these ones. I learned the hard way that it isn't a nice place for letting cats out. I'm sorry I can never let these ones out, but I do make their life as nice as possible.

That pen is fine, until I can afford a bigger one. It's unfurnished still, they are gonna have something to climb on and sit on in there and a plant or two.

It's better than being hanged by a chav, or torn apart by staff, or run over and left in the road to suffer and die 15 hrs later.

I hope that explains.

That makes my angry that things like that happen around where you live. But 100% Agree with what you are doing.

If I ever caught some little chav doing such things to poor defenceless Animals, my actions would be Severe! NUFF SAID!

negatory. Then they dont get their child and free council house. If you contemplated taking one of these females on, i'd advise you to "double up" at the very least.

If you "double up" you have a much higher chance of both splitting due to friction and will get no pleasure at all

It's one of the neighbourhood cats that I feed. His name is Rusty. His owner has leukemia and when he's having a rough time and isn't able to let his cat in, I feed it. On the bench are 2 more of his cats. Cats just like me I'm afraid.

Anyway take the mickey all ya like, once you've fought to get out of the mouth of one of these dogs, you might feel differently. Or even tried taking on one of the owners? It's not just happened to me either, I know at least 8 other ppl in the area who've lost their cats to poorly controlled agressive dogs. As my garden backs onto a main loitering area for them I am not risking it.

The other things I mentioned earlier have happened too.

I also have a friend whose cat was poisened by a neighbour (confirmed by a vet)

Owners should be made criminally responsible for their pets. Especially dogs in cases like this.
