I've received 3 emails now saying the latest catolgues been returned undelivered-thats because they are sending it to the place I lived up untill two years ago!.

I've told them politely to naff off only to receive a auto responder! well bugger them then!

A good trick I learned is to simply write - RETURN TO SENDER - slap it back in the postal box and off it goes.

Hopefully they then remove your details, which has been the majority of my experiences to date with things like this, if not, it does cost them processing time and all that, so if they keep sending it to you, keep returning and they loose money!

Yeah, and when you do it, attach a brick to the envelope. They then have to pay for the excess weight too :D

I hate that shop with a passion.

Funnily enough, I received HTFR's new catalogue this week. Not had chance to flick through it yet though & I don't think I'll be rushing to do so either.

As they seem to specialise in DJ equipment more now rather than vinyl, Hard to Find Records sounds like a weird choice of name for them now.

Anyone visited the place? It's in the skankiest, seediest part of brum imaginable & it's a real b*tch to find. Damn expensive too. I tend to use Chemical Records these days. The last track I bought from HTFR was Azure - Sunset (years back) yet somehow I'm still on their mailing list.

I think I bought a cardboard sleeve from then about 10 years ago and theyve sent me catalogues ever since. Annoying as hell.

Yeah, it used to be my local. The staff were pig ignorant and unhelpful and their white labels were dodgy radio rips. They were massively overpriced too. They were called Hard To Find records because the staff could never find anything you asked for.

I hate the place. Three Shades was by far the best record shop in Birmingham, followed by Massive.

Three Shades used to flog some right bargains. Top bunch of lads too.

HTFR = Halfwitted, talentless fecking retards

I believe "half-witted" should be hyphenated.

Still spot-on, though!
