Was this Jules mix featured on his regular show or the actual essential mix. I saw that fredde le Grant had to cancel his essential mix as he required surgery.

This is stupid. How can you promote an artist by showcasing somebody else's remix? It's not the 1980s anymore when a "remix" used to be little more than a fancy re-edit.... this is Ben Gold you're hearing here, pure and simple :wall: :wall: I have not listened to the show but would guess that Gareth was highlighting Ben Gold as his talent to watch in 2012. I must admit very poor selections overall. If that not the case then why would Jules highlight Gareth Emery as one to watch in 2012? Gareth's sets are repetitive, predictable and most off all poor.

This looks great, I will grab this!

With respect to Tristan and them terrible bootlegs they produce together. Interesting to read Markus Schulz say the following in his latest blog: "...But my biggest fear for trance right now is that it’s almost getting to the point where it’s too vocal driven and the breakdowns are becoming too long. This might sound silly, but I fear for the day where I hear Celine Dion’s Titanic theme My Heart Will Go On playing over a trance breakdown...."

After track 13. DT8 - 'The Sun Is Shining (Down On Me)' [Mondo], you ar missing a track, "Judge Jules - Takes All Night" Surprised Jules never realised this tune.

All I can say brother is thanks, This mix contains some trance classics in my opinion that I havent heard in years. This is going straight onto my ipod to listen to tomorrow at work. I just listened to the show there now, Coldplay - 'Every Tear Drop Is A Waterfall' (We Don’t Belong In Pacha Remix) is absolutely dreadfull track ! Surely Jules must receive better promos/tracks each week

Usual tracks that Jules has been playing the last few weeks. Interested to know if the vocal of Fonzerelli - 'Moonlight Party' (Loverush UK Mix) has been re-recordered as they sound quite different from the original back a few years ago. The original version is a classic. Also, what is the story with the vocals of Ferry Corsten - 'Check It Out' ? Sounds terrible.

Some of Gareth's recent remixes/productions are not the same as they uesed to be. His sets of recent are too predictable. He has produced some great tunes/remixes no doubt. The voice is Owl City's Adam Young I think, I agree Armin productions have gone to the dogs altogether, I cant understand how he ratains the number 1 DJ Spot as his sets are dreadful .

Out of interest what do people think of Armin van Buuren - 'Youtopia'. I heard the Blake Jarrell remix and dosent seem to bad, a dub version would be much better

I actually listened to this show live for a change, some good tracks played by Jules: Pryda - 'With Me' [Pryda] Marco V - 'Unprepared' (Marcel Woods Mix) Max Graham Ft Neev Kennedy - 'So Caught Up' (Joint Operations Centre Mix) Kyau & Albert - 'Be There 4 U' (Matt Zo Remix) Beat Service - 'Outsider' The Setrise remix of Moonlight Party sounds terrible, hard to beat the original from a few years back.

Yeah and still plays Rex Mundi - Opera of Northern Ocean (Phynn Remix) and Syktech - Commet alot
