Hello,
I am looking for a track which was played by Scott Bond at The Dome in Tel Aviv on February 27th 2004. It was the last one in the set and transitions out of Randy Katana - Tribal Shock for the first 10 seconds of the video of it I am about to show you. We believe that it was unreleased, and that it may be by a Dutch or German producer. I have had suggestions that the track itself was shared exclusively amongst some people, and that it never went outside of their circle. I think it was possibly made in about the first half of the 2000s, but it could be much older, since I have heard a track in a similar style from the late '90s (specifically '97/'98).

Scott Bond himself has been contacted about the tune's identity, and he doesn't know its name. Shazam also hasn't worked on this one either.
