DR017 is a very special release from one half Corbossy, Rob Corbo. Under his Xylo guise he has delivered a sublime EP of Progressive and Techy beats. Each track having it's own unique sound. It's a EP filled with massive basslines, crunching riffs and soaring synths. It's definitely a huge release.
There has been some massive support on this release in particular from Robert Vadney (ReClublic 013), Fabio Stein (Full Pack 031) and Mark Pledger (Anjunabeats Worldwide 236). There has been great support too from many other Dj's on various radio shows and at gigs. DR016 is a solo release from label favourite 'Touchstone'. After his remix of 'Valverde' by Corbossy was such a hit, especially with Giuseppe Ottaviani, Paul got in the studio and got to work on this EP. What he has produced are 3 slabs of pure energy with beautiful melodies and ripping basslines. Each track has it's own sound but all are pure Uplifting Trance. Enjoy them as they are set to take off the roof of any club.
The support for the EP has been fantastic. In particular from Armin Van Buuren (ASOT 519) and Stoneface & Terminal (Euphonic Sessions 065). They are many other DJ's that have featured tracks from the EP on various shows and at various gigs. Sir, did you set up Digitized? Just interested, looks a nice label
Yeah I set it up about 4 year ago. I really struggled at first. I bearly got anything out the first 2 years due to a shitty distribution deal and certain other factors. I then managed to get onto Label Worx last year and got involved with some great producers like Corbossy, Touchstone and Ally Brown. Since then it's started to grow and I'm starting to get things out a lot quicker. Should hit the 20 mark before the end of the year easily. Was a great sense of achievement when Armin played the latest release on ASOT 514 a couple of weeks back. Corbossy finally getting the recognition they deserve. Made the stress all worth while.
