I think how they get away with it is saying it is limited by a "fair use" policy to ensure all users get access to the network and the same standard of service. I doubt the network could handle everyone constantly downloading. What trading standards should look in to is the clear price fixing now going on amongst mobile phone companies. There is very little to no competition.

I wouldn't go clubbing without earplugs now. A decent set will set you back about £15. I can actually hear better in clubs especially when chatting to other people! I also have no ringing in my ears the following day.

Thanks for the input. It is too late to use data recovery. Mac have replaced the drive and data recovery was too expensive.

My hard drive failed and I lost all my music. Some of it is currently on my ipod touch. Does anyone know how I can copy the music from my ipod to my new itunes and hard drive? I am on a mac so not sure if pc solutions will work.

In some respects he reminds me of Jules around ten plus years ago. He sounds like he enjoys doing his show and is only going to get better.

I have never had one fail before and was always putting off buying a back up drive. Kicking myself now!
