Bjorn Posted February 20, 2006 Report Posted February 20, 2006 Nice one Craig I gathered you had a top night from the texts you sent! haha, same as!!
Max Kane Posted February 20, 2006 Report Posted February 20, 2006 This is a superb remix but unfortunately doesn't look like its gettin a full release, at least as far as Jon reckons. So many crackin unreleased tunes about at the moment, such as John O'Callaghan's remix of U2 'Where the Streets Have No Name', and the various edits PvD puts together, the PvD edit of Marco V's False Light is absolute magic. Though its part of the appeal of seeing PvD it is annoying that so many of his edits go unreleased, remember his edit of MIKE 'Turn Out The Lights' and that edit of CJ Stone he did last year, took both tunes into incredible new terratory.
bigsteve Posted February 20, 2006 Report Posted February 20, 2006 What date is Colours I am planning on going to that... Read my original post! Yeah, Tom. Loving that JO'C mix of U2 too. Its well annoying when stuff like that doesn't ever come out
JasonB Posted February 20, 2006 Report Posted February 20, 2006 Since PVD use Ableton these days he's doing a Sasha really. Love the original, need to hear this remix now.
Quadrant Posted February 24, 2006 Report Posted February 24, 2006 This Bryan Kearney remix is wonderful. Any ideas where I can obtain it?
gazra Posted March 2, 2006 Report Posted March 2, 2006 ive had it since late nov/early dec back then he'd only gave out around 12 copys thats including big names think he gave out 25 or so in the end not sure but bonzai/bashee have now taken it off his hands he's still not sure if they will release it but a digital release may be the way it will go

gazra Posted April 14, 2006 Report Posted April 14, 2006 im just glad i got 6 months play out of it because its such a good tune its set to be in everyones mixes next month also its not very often that a new remix comes along and dosent kill the original tune
Aza Posted April 14, 2006 Report Posted April 14, 2006 im just glad i got 6 months play out of it because its such a good tune its set to be in everyones mixes next month LOL - yeh good stuff. It is good when you get a tune before it comes to the light of day!
Max Kane Posted April 15, 2006 Report Posted April 15, 2006 Bryan's mix is quality but really what have they been playin it? Waiting so long to release it, the fact that its been around for so long almost makes it an old tune and will no doubt reduce sales a lot. Can never really understand why (unless your a heartless big mass marketting record company) you would wait ages to release a tune and risk losing the buzz around it. This remix isn't so bad cos its an underground tune, but with records like 'Darkside of the Moon' & 'Need to Feel Loved' the record companies tend to take the piss.

Reminds me of (er) ...Jules' album?
