bigsteve Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 It may well be this: Above & Beyond vs. Godzilla "A Tri-State Without You" [Frase's Introzilla Mashup] Listed in A&B's show from this week A really good show from Jules this week. The Mix was spot on this week 8-) Quote
Chrissie Brown Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Liked that Yordis "Tonight " tune, hope he plays it again. I just can't stand that "Paris to Berlin" tune. l usually like the Hoxton Whores tunes but this is just awful. IMO it doesn't belong on Jules show and l'm really surprised he is supporting it. (perhaps its because he is friendly with the Hoxton Whores) it belongs on the daytime shows which play the commercial stuff. Quote
JasonB Posted March 26, 2006 Author Posted March 26, 2006 Yeah thats the one Steve! and yays Inferanl is just infernal racket! Quote
Dewi Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Axer vs. Powers - 'Space Invaders' (White Label) I have the original of this and didn't think too much of it t.b.h, i know he's done an edit (it's a guy called Warner Powers I think) will try and hunt down / listen again to the show an see if its any better. Neuro Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Worth doing Dewi... reckon you'll find the original is better! I just can't stand that "Paris to Berlin" tune. l usually like the Hoxton Whores tunes but this is just awful. IMO it doesn't belong on Jules show and l'm really surprised he is supporting it. The Hoxton Whores love doing their mash-ups (their Subliminal Cuts bootleg comes to mind), but this remix doesn't do it for me either. Quote
thirddrive Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 I really liked that Space Invaders track, as well as the new Mr. Sam. Quote

Max Kane Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 Back to Earth brought back memories, what a tune :!: Quote
Chrissie Brown Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 I can only assume that's Jake. That's what l was thinking too. However do you remember those adverts on the TV a few years ago when a child's voice (similar to the childs voice on Jules show) was telling other children not to go off with strangers and to always tell your mummy where you were going. Well the voice sounded just like that one. :? Quote
Chrissie Brown Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 Or the voice in Prodigy "Charly"... :!: Spot on. Quote
thirddrive Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 Yeh isn't it from that weird crossing the road advice thing with a Cat? Can't for the life of me remember what it's name was. Quote
Chrissie Brown Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 Yeh isn't it from that weird crossing the road advice thing with a Cat? Can't for the life of me remember what it's name was. Was it Johnny. :?: Quote
bigsteve Posted March 28, 2006 Posted March 28, 2006 Charley says, "Always tell your Mummy before you go off somewhere." Charley says, "Always look both ways before you cross the road." etc... But the boy always got into bother, hence why Charley the cat had the wise words after the calamity I've also found out Kenny Everett did the cat's voice There's a vid here too http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/4690146.stm Quote
