Max Kane
What's everyone make of this remake of Kosheen's 'Catch', can't decide if its really cool or a bit cheesy, not a patch on Hiver & Hammer's excellent remix of the original that Jules hammered a few years back. Quite like the production of the Progressive Mix and am sure many of you will like Martin Roth's interpretation. Would enjoy a dub though as the vocal just doesn't quite fit i.m.o samples... http://www.chemical-records.co.uk/sc/servl...ategory=TR@ND=

Max Kane
Some cover versions can work really well, but generally they'll be novelty records that you play for a couple of weeks then disregard altogether never to dust them off again. Chrissie Brown
the 'progressive mix' makes up for for the dodgy vocal Have to agree with you. I'm a big fan of Martin Roth's stuff but didn't think much of this mix.
Chrissie Brown
I've just got back from my Dance Aerobic class and the "chill out" tune our Instructor played was Blank and Jones "Fallen" which sounded pretty good.

Spot on. I was going to get Catch purely because 'it would go down well at a party.' Probs true, but how often would I actually play it?
Max Kane
the 'progressive mix' makes up for for the dodgy vocal I agree that the Progressive Mix is really nicely produced got that Niklas Harding sound in it, the vocal ruins it though i.m.o
