At first I was worried this would be the Chemical Brother's track -"It began in Africaaaaaaaaaa" -- which irritated me immensely.

But no! I remember this Africa 2000 track - good stuff Simcut. Reminds me of another track, bugging me now...

yeah spot on Wakey mate, I was trying to think of what tune it sounded like too! it sounds like Lucid may have even done this tune in the first place! its that similar :D

Took me ages to think of it, I could just think of the deep bassline with the chords, then it came to me lol

Reminds me of Lucid - Can't Help My Self, Quadders. Dunno if this is the one you're thinking of?!

It wasn't Lucid that I remember actually.. though that's a f***ing sterling suggestion! The stabs are very similar! I won't remember it now, it's gone.. never mind :(

...It still reminds me of a later tune, can't figure it out still :?

Yes, it is something like "Lucid" but parts of the tune remind me of something newer.

I know what you're all thinking of:

DJ Tatana - 'Yellow'

- Jules played it once mixing out of "Love Comes Again" here:

Interestingly, I can't find any information about that track. Hmmm! :?

Who's a clever boy.

I've just been on a musical journey and found the tape for 31/3/03(it's so easy now that the tapes are in trays under the settee) and l can confirm that parts of that tune are identical to Africa 2000.

Yes, YES. That's the one! I knew it reminded me of something newer. It's a mystery track I hunted for at the time but could never find either... was it ever released?

Any chance of uploading this Chrissie, it's a cracking tune and I would love to hear it again.

Well done Traill, spiffing work. I think more highly of you now
