Briggsy
Hiya chappies, I'm now in the process of going completely CD and want to convert a lot of my vinyl to CD. Can anyone recommend a super-quality soundcard that will do the job properly, without leaving any feedback, humm, hiss and one that won't reduce the quality of my "rips"? To buy all of my tunes again in MP3 format would cost a bomb - i've got tons of records, so my only option is to convert them all to CD, and buy MP3's only from now on. My current sound card is very basic and cost about £15 a couple of years ago. Its definately not up to the job because it leaves an irritating "hum" when recording. I need something a bit more "specialist" Any suggestions guys?

DeAnO
Cheers memoir, you have just helped me out on something ive been meaning to get round to for ages. That sound card looks like everything i would ever need plus from that site you get Ableton Live Lite 5 along with it.
JasonB
Good stuff I need a deecnt soundcard really, my onboard ones caused me trouble when I've recorded a hell of a lot of vinyl to cd's, gonna have to go back and re-do them at some point!
