whos_this_guy Posted July 19, 2005 Posted July 19, 2005 i wanny save jules show fromsat as i missed it. i know id i was to some how save it of the listin gain it would be poor quailty but sure.... Quote
Neuro Posted July 19, 2005 Posted July 19, 2005 I think the only way to save this is by listening "again" on the BBC website's realplayer, and at the same time recording (what's being streamed) onto your hard drive "live" as it were. Would take 2 hours of course, but it's a way. PM me and I'll send you some free software matey at the end of the week for you. Quote
whos_this_guy Posted July 19, 2005 Author Posted July 19, 2005 ahh rigth i have done this once or twice before! i think i should be able to use the soft ware that i use to record me mixes! Quote
Neuro Posted July 19, 2005 Posted July 19, 2005 Yes of course even better. I think the streaming is 96kbps which, whilst it isn't great, doesn't sound too bad unless it's through headphones... Quote
Aza Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 I think myself and mr trail had a similar conversation about this in the past! I use Nero Wave Editor for my mix's, but for recording from the radio I use Total Recorder. Listen to the source and record it, there is a feature then to chose what format you wish to save it as. I save mine a .wav file initially at cd quality, then convert it to mp3 @ 192 kps! Takes about 2hours and a bit of course as mentioned, but you can play on the ps2 or go make some food while it runs!  Quote
Simcut Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 I just download the mp3 scene releases, people record his show from DAB radio Quote
