Aza
I know a fair few people have "google" as theirs, and mine used to be until a while back. With the advent of Firefox and IE7 (which I lazily use, reluctant to change) there is no need for google toolbar or having it as your homepage. Mine is BBC News, which without question is the amongst the best web sites out there IMO. So accurate, instantly updated and the way it is all documented compliments usability standards to the highest. Any Radio 4 out here too? I am and it is so painful navigating through their site and looking at everything, its just too good and there is so much I want to listen to and read. Each section of the BBC's site eg. Radio1,Radio4, BBC1 etc are incrediblely informative...
Quadrant
My homepage changes itself on a regular basis, usually to an assortment of adult sites.
Wakey
I always have BBC news as mine. I'm also intrigued as to why Bjorn has edited the above post?
Max Kane
www.bbc.co.uk Family comp, & always has decent boredom killing links & news updates. I think Bjorn's editing of Quadrant's post needs explaining, though I'm not 100% sure we wana know what he put first off

Neuro
The homepage in this internet cafe I always go to is set permanently to http://www.salamancafiesta.com/ I've been on here a number of times.... basically a local photographer goes round taking pictures of you in la chupitería (bar which just sells shots) or the Irish bar down the road at about 5am. Everyone is inevitably off their face but you do catch the occasional eye-catching female whilst browsing
