Briggsy Posted September 23, 2007 Report Posted September 23, 2007 im really likin this bootleg that armin is playin out just now, its not him behind it tho, i wonder who is???? Yeah, really good bootleg. I wouldn't believe all you hear though - i've heard that Armin is the one behind it
Uberduck Posted September 23, 2007 Report Posted September 23, 2007 PVD played it at Crasher last night. Not for me thanks  . It made me cringe whn the whole room started singing along to it.
Max Kane Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 The best Oasis bootleg ever was the one from around 2000 made of 'Gas Panic'. I only heard it a handful of times but it was immense, unfortunately i only ever saw it listed as Unknown 'Unknown' so have no info
Bjorn Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 i have to say i love it, big room trance tune with a dirty tech bassline! I thought it rocked crasher personally
Briggsy Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 yeah I like it too - definately a tune for the crowd. When they start singing along, you know its got the seal of approval. I think its going to be up there with Filo & Peri - Anthem - some people will love it, others will hate it.
dormouse Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 Love it personally, definitely was one of the tracks of Armin's set at Global Gathering this year.
Moonman Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 PVD played it at Crasher last night. Not for me thanks  . It made me cringe whn the whole room started singing along to it. hmmm i have to agree. It just makes me think "beerboy" and i dont know why, i suppose its because it's the sort of tune that would absolutely kill it at Oceana's or Liquid or some dodgy Luminar club. I love Oasis dont get me wrong, but this just isnt for me. I know what you mean Uber about the cringe factor. I do however, wish people would stop making these type of bootlegs, how many have we had this year? again, not all of them are bad but there have been loads.
Max Kane Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 The Gabriel & Dresden remix of The Killers has probably been the best rock/crossover remix for me this yr, I wasn't that much of a fan until Mr Sam played it at ES
Craig Posted September 24, 2007 Author Report Posted September 24, 2007 yeah would love to hear this out! i d/l the planet love set but its interuppted by stupid irish radio ads!!!! :wall: would love to hear a full(ish) length rip of this! i read in an interview with armin that he is not behind it...but u cld be right, plausable denability from armin! i hope to GOD this gets a release in some way but i rather doubt it.. but the potential this tune has is massive!
Gregg Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Gutted I missed it at Crasher! I heard Armin drop it at his 7 hour set at Amnesia last month and thats it, other than half the tune on the planet love set thats knocking around. I'd love to get hold of this, as I think its one of the better bootlegs around this year. Even the Armin board has very little details on it.
