Jules's New Show

So, we've had a few weeks of Jules's new show now, so what do you all reckon. I definitely think its a lot better :thumbsup: Much more music and a thoroughly better format.

Ive not caught much of it to be honest, but no less than I used to of his saturday show really. What I have heard has been much better than the saturday warm has been the last few years. The DJ on the phone thing is unnessary though. The tracklists also look very promising.

Im listening every week via listen again now whereas id only check him out on a saturday once a month if that.

really prefer the new show format, works a whole lot better and he plays a lot less crap!!!! still miss it on a saturday night though and miss tried and tested- that should NOT have been axed!!

Much better format, the timeslot is obviously an issue as I'm usually out & about on Friday night at that time, but I'd say its worth it as it means we get the new format

I like the new format too but don't really like the new timeslot. I think it would have been better if Jules's show had followed on from Pete Tong's.

I love this new show but why do we need any features? If they cut out all the phonecalls they'd save themselves money and listeners.

Are radio 1 afraid of mix-orienatated shows?
