Spin Doctor
Maplin is normally where I get them from, but just though I'd ask if there were any nice secret places you lot were getting them for pennies at before getting some more! Cheers for the replies.
thirddrive
£2.99 for 10 with cases from Superdrug. Plus, you pay my wages!
Neuro
I like dabs.com, got my last spindle of 50 there for about £8. Make sure you sort your results by price ascending after searching for whatever it is and there's often a nice cheap one at the top

Neuro
How do you label them, marker pen? Or can you burn-etch them?? I heard if you cover the entire disc in sticky label a lot of players can't read the CD for some reason - is this really true?

Neuro
Jules apparently used to label any blank vinyls of his with marker pen on the white label - in one club though it was so hot that sweat was dripping off the low ceilings and onto the decks, smudging what he'd written... :? Wouldn't want any water dripping on my CD decks!
Bjorn
ive been i na club once when it was like that - was a progress classics night - sweat dripping from the ceiling liek it was raining! Needless to say the t-shirts came off 4 that one!
Aza
Some cd players and even dvds players dont like labelled discs. This method of cd printing is awesome I think. Simply print on the disc and have no affect on the height and density of the disc if you get me (even a minute millimetre, but still makes the different). Plus they look more pro and less tacky!
