Neuro
This ranks as one of my favourite Essential Mixes of all time and appeared at a welcome stage in the life of Trance. I have a feeling track 19 is actually the 2004 re-release, possibly Matt Darey Remix? I tried to correct the rest of the tracklisting - do add any further alterations to this thread. Download, let it run, and... enjoy
Quadrant
This is very nice. I like the progressive-y start to this, not so much the last 3 tunes though. Yes Matt Darey mix sir Neuro pretty sure for track 19.
Gregg
I love the mix from 'You Feel' into '3rd Earth'. Works very well. Quality mix all the way though 9/10 cos of a few tracks I'm not so keen on.
Quadrant
Armin's copy of 3rd Earth has an extra couple of bars in the breakdown before the beat appears again - obviously this was snipped out of the released versions! A masterpiece of mixing, this, loved listening to this again last night
Gregg
Armin's copy of 3rd Earth has an extra couple of bars in the breakdown before the beat appears again - obviously this was snipped out of the released versions! A masterpiece of mixing, this, loved listening to this again last night Interestingly enough and changing the topic to another Armin mix (Live from One Big Weekend 2004), Armin's copy of "Above & Beyond - No One on Earth" has a few extra bars between the first two lines that I've never heard anybody else play since. It was hot off the A&B press at the time, but is the only time I've ever heard those extra bars; Even A&B play the standard release. I don't know where those bars came from, but always made it sound better to me. Every other time I hear it played, it just sounds a bit wrong without those extra bars!
