Robin
FYI - Jules is in for Edith Bowman on Easter Monday from 1-4 when Westwood follows him. Should make for an interesting day on R1 with Zane filling in for Moyles and Rob Da Bank hosting Jo Whiley's show!
Wakey
Looks like this could be a good day!

Uberduck
How does that work? These bank holiday shows are always a bit odd. Can't see Jules playing his usual style in the daytime. Maybe he'll be boshing out the pop tracks .
Robin
A selection of the specialist R1 jocks are doing daytime shows so they'll be playing tracks off the playlist along with older tracks I should think. I would reckon that each of the specialists would focus their older track choices on their own specific genre!
Neuro
Quite good for exposure purposes I guess, if nothing else

Spin Doctor
To be honest, I wouldn't have though Jules would have a problem with doing a daytime show. He's got fairly good radio presenting skills which will be easily transferable. That said though, in the latest show of his I listened to he was reading links instead of ad libing them. Terrible! Edit: Sort of heard him on Jo Whiley's show today when I was at work. I think he's doing classic/cheesy/chart dance stuff.
thirddrive
I heard him on Good Friday on Ediths show picking his favourite Soundtrack tune - I think it'll be an interesting listen, hope I don't forget to tune in with it being on such a strange day. Guess there is always listen again.
Wakey
Jules sounding good, nice to hear some different music during the day on R1.
Robin
Absolutely LOVING this show so far - Jules' shows are so much better live than pre-rec'd!!! It's odd hearing trance on daytime radio...
Quadrant
Can I even go as bold as to say that Jules is a much better daytime radio presenter than he gets credit for. An easy retirement option, if he preferred it to his current sleep-o'clock timeed show... I know I'd prefer it
Quadrant
Oh yeah, any track listing for this? Some 80s classics in here!!
Robin
T/L should be up in about 5 mins or so. Best R1 dance show I've heard in years!!! Must be said again, Jules' live radio skills are much ruder when live compared to a show played off tape! Chrissie Brown
It was so good to hear Jules doing a live R1 show again, he is such a good presenter that it is a pity he doesn't do a daytime show too. I had to stay in today as l had a new gas boiler installed so l made a point of listening to Jules which helped take my mind of being in a cold house. Aza
Totally agree with all of the above. We've discussed it many of a time on here: Jules and Tong are probably two of the best all time radio presenters. It seems to come so naturally easy to them
Robin
There's nothing quite like experience with these sorts of things!!!
