Moonman
listened to this before Jules show. I'm eating my words here, but my word, what a good show that was. I'm not normally one for Drum & Bass because i find it too dark., but she was playing loads of disco tinged stuff. I've always thought this is the way D&B needs to go - get the old 91-92 breakbeat feel again. One particular producer stood out on this show...well 2 actually....High Contrast and Chase & Status, i'm very interested in checking more of their material out. I can't believe i actually liked this Annie Mac Mashup show; this DnB special is quite possibly the best radio show i've heard all year. If she played these tunes out i'd be very interested in going to see her. Top top stuff, if she's playing this a bit more regularly i may become a regular listener! JasonB
Bar a few tracks for me thats not even the good stuff, I'm a liquid funk man myself, I dont mind some of the darker stuff just as long as its got some melody or beautiful strings or summat in it. Spin Doctor
Neuro-funk, tech-step 'till I die! Based on that I think I'll be giving Annie's show a miss.
