I just stumbled upon this whilst looking on iTunes. What on earth is Jules up to? The CD even lists each tracks BPM, which varies hugely during the mix.

its a pretty good mix really... it's perfect for CV interval training. there's actually a company who specialize in music to work out to so perhaps Jules is getting in on the action there. think it might be one of the ex-serious dudes behind the company.
