simonross46
The new Walkers Crisp flavours have been out for a few days. Which flavour(s) are your favourite? I had my hopes up for Fish and Chip flavour, and it was a huge disappointment. Onion Bhaji has been the most realistic one I have tried so far, but I look forward to trying the Builder's Breakfast! Briggsy
The new Walkers Crisp flavours have been out for a few days. Which flavour(s) are your favourite?I had my hopes up for Fish and Chip flavour, and it was a huge disappointment. Onion Bhaji has been the most realistic one I have tried so far, but I look forward to trying the Builder's Breakfast! I've not even seen any on sale down here yet. The Fish & Chip sound nice though because they're supposed to taste like Scampi Fried - and I love them. Chilli & Chocolate is just wrong. If I wanted something chocolate flavour, i'd buy chocolate - not crisps.
simonross46
Fish and Chip (to me) tasted just like Vinegar crisps ... but to others its pure fish.
JasonB
A mate told me about these a few weeks ago, I only saw the ad last night, cajun bloodey squirrel? who would want to taste that! I doubt we'll have them round here for a while.
simonross46
Squirrel is alright, but it tastes awfully similar to beef/bacon flavour, so it isn't exactly a new creation.
JasonB
I ain't trying no squirrel flavour! poor fluffy tailed things
simonross46
I had duck yesterday (not duck flavour, actual duck lol) ... it was alright I thought. I bet Squirrel meat would be quite good too. On 'Top Gear in Vietnam' Clarkson eats a deep fried Sparrow - I wouldn't mind a piece of that either. emy
I once wrote a letter of complaint to Walkers as they stopped selling worcester sauce ones. Trouble is I never sent it, and they now sell them again. It was a cracking letter...I will scan it and put it on here if I can I like the bbq ones but you can only get them in big multipacks Personally I have acquired an expensive taste and like those kettle crisps
Max Kane
Smoky Bacon would still be my favourite flavour, BBQ Rib are good but you never see them anywhere
simonross46
Personally I have acquired an expensive taste and like those kettle crisps In our local Sains they were only 90p for a large bag (thats like the A4 sized bags). Nobody I knew bought some though because the bag was too big to eat through - I bought a box of Yum Yum's instead (first time ever that I have had them, and they were oh so good)
kml
Not a big crisp fan personally. Remember trying chocolate flavoured as a child and never will again.
Number2Fan
I like to eat chocolate and ready salted crisps at the same time, well I did once, when I ate alot of junk food. Thanx to this thread I am about to go and get a packet!

Briggsy
BBQ Rib are good but you never see them anywhere The Indian shop round the corner from work has tons of those - thats all he ever seems to have. I reckon he's got exclusive BBQ rib rights for the whole of the West Midlands or something
