Cliffy Burrows
Sulaco - The Fragments E.P. Fragments Realm Of Infinity Released 23rd September on Beatport, Audiojelly, Juno Download, I Tunes, Trackitdown and many more. The Fragments EP is the first solo material to be released on Digitized by Phil Stringer, known as Sulaco, a producer already making a name for himself in the trance world as a breath of fresh air, contrasting to the generic sound. Prefering to go for the haunting melodies and the progressive build-ups, with long, atmospheric breakdowns, Sulaco has a sound all of his own, reminscent of M.I.K.E. or Laurent Veronnez. Both tracks on the EP capture Sulaco's signature sound beautifully. Fragments is a tough, well rounded club track, a perfect peak-time trancer to destroy the dancefloor, while B-side Realm Of Infinity is a more versatile, progressive number that would work well anywhere in a set. Both tracks combine a soaring synth line with a tough, well-rounded bassline that promises to reverberate the speakers wherever it is played. The EP has had support from the likes of Manuel Le Saux, MIKE, Dan Stone, Sophie Sugar, Les Hemstock, Corderoy, Claudia Cazacu, Kane Nelson, Sean Truby, Ronny K, Adam Foley, Charlie G, D Clips, George Vemag, Suzy Solar, Lazarus & SWAP.
