Only thing I can say is maybe decrease the width of the table that you're using in the main frame as I get a scroll bar at the bottom and have to scroll across to see the info. On my site www.tomwake.co.uk - to get around this problem I set the width of the table to 100% in pixels (i think?!) and it resizes the table no matter what the screen resolution.
