They are special to me personally as they have meaning & remind me of certain times in my life. (I got the shoulder one as an 18th present from my dad & the band was my own design drawn from scratch & unique to me) Many people have said that I'll regret it when I'm old & wrinkly but I agree with whoever mentioned it earlier in this thread - I'll have probably passed caring by then! I think maybe people getting it done on a whim shoud take more time out to think first. I may get to the age of seventy-five and proudly show off my tattoo to all the other oldies.
